Tube & Rod Bending

CAPACITY:
Tube OD: up to 1.25″ × 0.095″ wall
Rod Sizes: 1/2″ – 1″ round, up to 20 ft
Length Range: 12″ – 48″ (tubes), 120″ – 240″ (rods)
Output: Up to 200 bends/hour

Machines: CNC, Horizontal, Semi-Auto (5 total)

Materials: ERW, CRS, HRPO, Stainless 304, Schedule 40 pipe

Metal Cutting

CAPACITY:

Tube: 1.25″ OD max
Solid Bar: 1″ round, 20 ft length
Sheet: 12–16 GA, coils up to 1500 lbs
Wire Coil Cutting: 0.156″ SAE 1008, 1700 lb coils

Equipment: Band saws, disc saws, vertical saws, auto sheet cutters, rod straighteners

Metal Stamping

Press Range:

150 ton (large)
80 ton (medium)
25 ton (small)

Applications: brackets, plates, hardware, formed components

Materials: HRPO, CRS, sheet steel, flats

MIG Welding (Robotic & Manual)

Robotic: 8 cells

Rate: 3 seconds per inch
High-repeatability production welding

Manual: 11–14 stations

Rate: 7 seconds per weld dot
Ideal for large frames & variable-volume builds

Powder Coating (In-House)

System: Wash → Dry → Powder → Cure
Capacity: Up to 2,000 pcs/day
Fuel: Natural gas (dry & cure)

Sheet & coil steel

12–16 gauge HRPO, CRS, and HRS, Coil widths from 2″ to 11¾”, Coil ID: 16″–20″Coil weights up to 1,500 lbs

Steel wire

0.156″ SAE 1008 Bright Basic, Coil weights up to 1,700 lbs
